How to Disable OST File Which is Inaccessible or Damaged?

OST file deletion is very different from OST file disabling.   1. Click Tools -> Email Accounts.
  2. Hit the Change existing Email accounts link.
  3. Double click on Next button followed by selection of MS Exchange Server.
  4. Hit the Change button.
  5. Click the More Settings icon followed by the General tab.
  6. Now the location and selection of the connection can be automatically made by activating ‘Automatically Detect Connection State Option’.
