  2. Follow the path – File>Options>Advanced.
  3. On the right side, under RSS Feeds section, clear the option “Synchronize RSS Feeds to the Common Feed List (CFL) in Windows” and under Display section, select the checkbox “Disable hardware acceleration” and click OK.

Try Running Outlook in Safe Mode
