- To get the GUID of the corrupted mailboxes, run this cmdlet in the Exchange PowerShell:

- Then search this registry on the Registry Editor of your Exchange system.
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Private-<db-guid>\Quarantinemailboxes\ <the mailbox guid>
And make modifications in the key related to the listed GUID.
- Finally, run this command to reset the IIS.
- Now, mailbox corrupted items are removed from the isolation and can be migrated.
