SysTools Migrator for Microsoft Exchange

SysTools Migrator for Microsoft Exchange moves offline and dismounted Exchange database (EDB) files to a Live Exchange account. It offers General Settings and Exchange Settings to connects the Exchange account and migrates the source mailbox. The software supports all versions of Exchange Server like 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003. The migration will complete quickly for large-sized mailboxes.

SysTools Exchange Migrator is a powerful software that consists of an effective algorithm to handle the large-scale migration between two Exchange accounts. Whenever you want to upgrade from the existing Exchange server to a better one, then you can choose the software. It only requires you to input the login credentials of the user account for both platforms and lets the software take control of the data and further migration.

The software is fully compatible with the modern Exchange Server versions like Exchange Server 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, etc. it also requires the modern Windows Server version like 2012 and 2008. You can also run the software on all Windows Operating Systems like Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, XP.

The source Exchange accounts and destination Exchange accounts will be presented in the mapping window where the user can map definite accounts in front of them. It ensures that the correct accounts are selected for the migration and correct information will be migrated in the correct account.

The Exchange Migration software is designed to help the user in upgrading their Exchange Server platform quickly and securely. You can migrate primary mailbox, archive mailbox, public folder, shared mailbox, and other parts of the Exchange database. You only need to provide the valid details of the destination Exchange account and start the migration.

The categories filter option of the software helps you effectively filter the important part of the mailbox. There are various filter categories like Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Journals, Notes, etc. The selective migration can save lots of man-hours and omit unnecessary parts of the mailbox. Use the checkbox to apply the category filter and choose the mailbox folder required for migration.

Apart from the Exchange server account, a simple migration is available between the Exchange server and the local system where you can migrate the mailbox content in a simple PST file. The PST file is the Outlook Data file that can be included in Outlook easily. An entire mailbox can be transferred in the PST file.

Before the migration, when users have some obsolete information present in the mailbox, then the filters present in the software can be applied to data. You can choose only the important mailboxes and migrate them exclusively.

When the number of source mailboxes is too many and the user wants to migrate them into different Exchange accounts, then our software provides an auto-generate CSV option where you can map the source and destination mailboxes cleanly. This helps the user to effectively control the migration by a secure mapping by providing credentials of Exchange accounts.

As each user does not know the default location of the EDB file, so the software allows a deep search through the Auto-Search feature. The software will run a scan and locate the database file. If you know the exact location, then you can click the Browse button and go to the saving location directly using Windows Explorer.

The software creates a series of log reports at each migration step and allows the user to access them. It not only streamlines the whole process but gives the guarantee to the user that the migration is going fine.

The software shows the preview of the selected items of an Exchange mailbox. When you have connected the offline/dismounted EDB file, then the left-hand side pane enlists all the folders. Then you can open the content of the folder and select any item. The preview pane will automatically show the content of selected items.
